2. Exchanges
- If the fault is on our side (wrong item, defect, or damage), we will arrange a pick-up and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
- If the exchange is due to your preference (size, color, or style), you will need to return the item to us at your own cost. Once received, we will process your exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are granted only if the purchased item is out of stock and no suitable replacement is available.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
4. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Items without original packaging or tags.
5. Shipping Returns
